This role is a 14:7 9.5 hour a day Full Time Opportunity, doing bus in and bus from Darwin to Jabiru, ERA, NT. Meals and Accomodation provided whilst on site. Roster is 7 dyashift & 7 Nightshift
What do Kitchen Hands do?
Kitchen Hands are service minded, with a desire to help improve quality of life for village residents living and working away from home. Working as a Kitchen Hand you will mostly assist in the kitchen area, prepping food, supporting the Chefs, provide and provide a dining room service; however on occasions support in other operational areas if required.
Working across a range of functions to support operational needs
Assisting in the Kitchen and Dining Room service areas
Washing service items, pots & pans, plates & cutlery
Basic Food Preparation
What does it take to work with us?

Ability to work 10- hour shifts, day or night shifts as required
Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach
Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
