Our Customer Service team provides professional, courteous, responsive and accurate service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to use the most modern technology available while working from the comfort of your home office. Y

Major Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Proactively expedite service requests and communicate with our Field Service Representatives the status of the requests to meet all commitments
  • Process parts orders in a timely manner and communicate and follow-up with our Field Service Representatives and external customers regarding the status of their parts orders
  • Proactively problem solve and manage parts issues and disputes
  • Respond knowledgeably to customer inquiries
  • Interact with individuals inside and outside the business with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Process all customer transactions in a timely manner and have an understanding of the urgency of the dispatch operation
  • Assist in developing and implementing process improvements
  • Work closely with Field Service Representatives and operation personnel to provide functional expertise, training and communication of procedures and business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on key customer information, inventory and parts issues or concerns
  • Rotate shift work and potential to rotate pager duty

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates must be fluently bilingual (French & English)
  • Must possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of two years customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong commitment and desire to delivering quality results through their attention to detail and organizational skills
  • The ability to take ownership and initiative
  • Maturity, confidence, good judgment and the ability to make good decisions in challenging or difficult situations
  • Effective oral communication; an active listener with a facilitative approach to working with others on issues
  • Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 40 hours each week within the following timeframes:

Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 9:00 pm - Saturday: On call – Rotation

  • Fiber-Op or comparable high-speed internet must be available in your area
