Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any applicable field
- Has broad knowledge in logistics
- 1 year of experience in Inventory Control, Logistics, or Warehouse Management.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in written and oral English communication
- Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
Job Responsibilities:
The following is a list of job duties and responsibilities, including essential and marginal tasks.
- Data Analysis and Report: Daily inventory update, delivery cycle report, rolling forecast data update
- Maintaining Order Information: Maintain contract list including PO information ETA HK, ETA WH, INVOICE. PO review process monitoring, PO change (including but not only price change BOM code change, EOL models cancelled CRD change) PO estimated payment date maintain)
- CPFR: Organize meeting with distributors and sales align with rolling forecast, Monitor PO and4 weeks sell-in forecast
- Forecast data update in Workplace system: Collect new product BOM code and model information, maintain product and customers mapping, Maintain sell-in and sell-out forecast according to S&OP meeting conclusion
- Delivery Report
- Delivery Arrangement: PO & Payment monitoring from distributors, PO release and unlock, EPD update monitoring, payment receiving monitoring, PO matching in ideal system, ESD update in WOSP system, ETA HK feedback to customers
- Arrival monitoring: Monitoring stocks until arrive distributors' warehouse, send daily arrival monitoring to the team, align with distributors about urgent shipment arrival schedule in advance, highlight when there's delay on the arrival status (delivery cycle longer than 7 days)

Salary: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
