The Role
- Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and execute social media strategy through competitive research. • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content. • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns. • Managing a high volume of daily social media (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) posts, • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to messages and queries on time. • Developing and managing social influencer programs. • Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, Facebook Insights, etc. to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information • Prepare monthly social media post content plan and future posts and updates. • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts. • Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results. • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media. • Performing other related duties when needed or as assigned by the superior.

- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relation. • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills, and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. • Experience using various analytics software is a plus. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO is a plus • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability • She should be aware and can adopt digital transformation and Posses a unique level of creativity • Language: Arabic and must have fluency in English. • Gender: Preferably Female
