Job Description
- Assist in Accounts Payable function.
- Match Purchase Orders and contracts to invoices before performing system entry.
- Prepare cheque payments to service providers and contractors in a timely manner.
- Accurate and effective documents and record management relative to AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.
- Assist in general administration of Finance department.
- Coordinating and arranging despatch and courier services.
- Responsible for department general email distribution.
- Assist in documents routing to obtain relevant approval.
- Any ad-hoc assignment required.
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any course relevant
- At least 1-year experience
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English - written and spoken
