Job Description

  • Assist in Accounts Payable function.
    • Match Purchase Orders and contracts to invoices before performing system entry.
    • Prepare cheque payments to service providers and contractors in a timely manner.
    • Accurate and effective documents and record management relative to AP function in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.
  • Assist in general administration of Finance department.
    • Coordinating and arranging despatch and courier services.
    • Responsible for department general email distribution.
    • Assist in documents routing to obtain relevant approval.
  • Any ad-hoc assignment required.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance or any course relevant
  • At least 1-year experience
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English - written and spoken
