1. Responsible for running and maintaining estate clinic/dispensary. 2. To examine and treat minor ailments. 3. To dispense medicines, perform minor surgeries such as lancing and draining the local infection. 4. To support Estate/Mill manager in ensuring that clinic/dispensary operations are in compliance with the Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) as well as statutory regulations. 5. To prepare medicine requisitions, upkeep of medicine stocks and account for the receipts and issues of medicines. 6. To prepare and submit monthly, quarterly report to KKM. 7. To conduct regular quarter inspection , census of estate occupants and upkeep of quarter's inventory. 8. To provide first aid training to first aider. 9. To perform any other task assigned by Estate/Mill Manager or superior from time to time.We are an oil palm plantation located at Rantau, Negeri Sembilan. The overall area planted with oil palm is 1832.32 hectares and 19.43 hectares of office area, worker quarters and nursery. The company’s mission is to produce high quality oil palm fresh fruit bunches.
