Our client is a Switzerland-based test & measurement company specializing in a variety of interconnect technologies. Specializing in data center and data storage test equipment for PCIe, NVMe, and CXL.

Position: Senior Sales & Business Development Manager - PCIe
Location: Taipei, Taiwan

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • Sales or business development background in PCIe, NVMe, and/or CXL.
Background in consumer electronics technologies such as USB, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth, or video technologies such as DisplayPort or HDMI is a plus.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in the subject technologies and test & measurement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of protocol test solutions and use cases is a plus.

Job Description:
  • Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market segments, customer niches, and geographic regions where our products can create a significant impact. Develop and execute strategies to penetrate and establish a strong presence in these markets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor and point of contact. Understand their unique requirements and tailor solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales strategies, set revenue targets, and develop actionable plans for achieving them. Continuously monitor and adjust strategies to align with changing market conditions and business goals.
  • Partnership Development:
Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with complementary companies, distributors, and resellers. Negotiate agreements and contracts to expand the distribution and reach of our products. Perform product demonstrations.
  • Product Knowledge:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products. Effectively communicate technical details and value propositions to clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay in front of market direction. Utilize market insights to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for innovation.
  • Sales Performance Tracking:
Implement robust sales performance metrics and reporting mechanisms. Present actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations to key stakeholders, addressing technical aspects, benefits, and ROI. Lead negotiations to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Travel: Travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences to represent the company, establish relationships, and drive business development activities.
