We are looking for our next Assistant Team Leader (Hybrid) - Render Sales!
We are a fast-paced company that specializes in photo editing and marketing solutions for the real estate market. We are looking for a go-getter who is sales savvy and ready to actively chase opportunities.
In the role of Assistant Team Leader in Render Sales, you play a crucial part in boosting our sales and maintaining top-notch customer satisfaction. You're like the co-pilot to the Team Leader, assisting in the management of the entire sales team while managing sales of your own. Let's delve into the qualifications and what's expected of you:
Qualifications:
1. Sales Background: You bring a wealth of experience in sales to the table, enabling you to introduce fresh sales approaches and strategies that align seamlessly with our company's policies.
2. Savvy Interpersonal Skills: Your ability to collaborate effectively with fellow Team Leaders and Managers is a strong suit, fostering teamwork and open communication.
3. Leadership Skills: Your leadership prowess allows you to partner with the Team Leader and Managers in steering the team effectively. You're skilled at keeping the team motivated and productive, and you excel at resolving conflicts, whether they're between team members or involving customers.
4. Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Your knack for providing exceptional customer service consistently exceeds expectations and promotes strong client relationships.
5. In-Depth Product Knowledge: You're a walking encyclopedia when it comes to understanding every product in our BoxBrownie.com portfolio, be it related to Renders or other types of edits. You're well-versed in articulating the unique features and benefits of each product. Renders and architecture knowledge are a must!
6. Attendance and Efficiency: In your role as an Assistant Team Leader, it is anticipated that you will be adequately prepared with backup resources to uphold your strong attendance record.
Responsibilities:
1. Boosting the Sales Team: Your primary role centers around guiding and supporting the sales team. This includes resolving their doubts in render products and inquiry. You're there to help them generate leads, close deals, and reach those all-important sales targets and ensure you are able to also meet your own sales target goals as well. Your leadership and support are what keep the team soaring to new heights.
2. Lead Management Backup: You'll have your own daily task list, which involves actively handling phone and chat support throughout your entire shift. Additionally, you should be prepared to step up and take the lead when a team member is unavailable, either by managing leads or assuming full responsibility for important clients.
3. Webinar: Be able to assist the Sales Team in conducting webinars for their clients should the need arise as well as webinars of your own.
4. Internal Reports: The Assistant Team Leader should be prepared to support the Render Sales Team Leader in creating and updating Sales Team goals and the Weekly Roster. Furthermore, the ATL should be willing to attend weekly meetings with the Render Sales Team Leader to discuss observations and proposed improvements within the sales team. In the absence of the Render Sales Team Leader, the ATL should be ready to assist with additional reports, as endorsed.
5. Optimizing the Sales Tools: ATL ensures that each member of the sales team adheres to the process for organizing their PipeDrive accounts and Live Agent Tickets. Part of your
responsibilities will be to regularly assess clients who have been unresponsive or haven't submitted any projects in the last three months. When necessary, you should recommend these clients to the relevant sales team member for follow-up.
6. Authority to Approve and Handle Escalations: ATL has the authority to approve urgent requests from the sales team, such as waiving fees for new customers, file types, or difficult client situations, provided the total amount does not exceed AUD 100. If approval is required for amounts exceeding AUD 100, a justification should be provided. As for Escalations, in absence of the Render Sales Team Leader, The ATL should be able to attend required urgent calls to discuss the concern of the client and be able to find solutions or suggestions to fix the problem.
7. Training and Development: You actively contribute to the development of training materials, working closely with the Renders Trainer, Team Leader and Managers. Your knack for interpreting and analyzing sales reports is invaluable for identifying areas where we can improve. Plus, your feedback is constructive, and you're adept at motivating the team and tracking their progress.
