What is the challenge?
- Advising on operational HR matters
- Managing daily operational HR issues and conflicts with their scope by acting as first line of HR towards their employees,
- Ensuring the employee value proposition is correctly implemented in your scope of activity and ensure every employee can embrace this constant experience.
- Provide direction to the organization regarding company policies and procedures
- All round HR, including onboarding, international mobility, Leadership workshops, People Performance Review, ...
