Provides office clerical assistance, compiles and maintains records of business transactions and office activities of establishment by performing the following duties.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Assists in organizing events / company events including logistics arrangement, prepares material/ equipment, and travel planning and accommodations.
  • Assists in handling and performing of general office administrative functions of which encompasses office equipment, cleaning services, pest controls, office supplies/stationery replenish, purchase equipment/ furniture etc.
  • Prepares application or renewal of business license, company car's license and service, and others on time.
  • Close liaison with suppliers, contractors, departmental heads and staff on admin operational issues.
  • Perform other related duties which may be assigned to you by your superior from time to time.
