Position: Beauty Advisor – Full Time
Location: Pavilion & Lalaport (Kuala Lumpur)
Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and establish good customer relations by giving prompt, polite, and personable service at all times
- Able to generate and achieve sales target
- identify customer needs and recommend products based on their preferences
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves
- Attract new customers and keep existing ones by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Maintain a smooth flow by following day-to-day opening and closing procedures.
- Basic housekeeping responsibilities include maintaining the store's tidiness and cleanliness at all times, including testers, displays, fixtures, and counters.
Requirements:
- With or without experience
- Aggressive in sales
- Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willing to work on retail hour
- Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot
- Required skill(s): communication skills and sales orientation
- Able to speak in English & Bahasa
Remuneration package:
- Basic RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,200.00
- Attendance Allowances RM 300.00
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS included
- Product cash voucher RM200 each month
- Yearly performance bonus
- Salary to be revised after probation

- Training & Uniform provided
- Annual Leave 14 Days
- 6 days/week, 7.5 hours work/day
