Description
Develop and maintain an effective compliance framework, policies, and procedures, tailored to the ManCo's unique business activities.- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and proposing robust mitigation strategies.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the ManCo's operations, proactively recommending necessary adjustments.
- Oversee compliance training programs, promoting a culture of compliance awareness and accountability across all departments.
Profiles
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in experience.
- Around 4 years experience as a Compliance Officer in the second line of defence.
- Fluent in English.
