We are currently seeking a motivated System Developer with expertise in ServiceNow to join our team focusing on IT Service Applications.
Location: Gothenburg
Employment: Full-time (100%)
The engagement will begin upon the signed agreement and continue until at the latest September 30, 2024.
Job Description:
In collaboration with the customer's Intraservice department, the role involves active participation in the daily operations of a management and development team. The team's primary responsibility is to enhance, document, and oversee service deliveries within the ServiceNow domain, ensuring the stability of production environments.
The tasks can be carried out remotely or on-site at the customer's location, depending on the need for access to colleagues and resources, subject to other influencing factors.
The consultant is expected to:
Develop proposed solutions in ServiceNow based on identified needs and requirements to achieve cost-effective benefits.
Analyze and deconstruct requirements in consultation with the business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the customer, requirements analysts, system administrators, and developers within the system management team.
Contribute to various IT projects and represent ServiceNow within the Intraservice architect forum.
Conduct thorough consequence and gap analyses as required.
Create documentation pertinent to strategic decisions concerning the future development of the ServiceNow environment.
Remain updated on supplier news and roadmaps, ensuring maximum utility.
Collaborate closely with requirements analysts and system administrators as part of the system management team.
Develop and implement functionalities using the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in operational roles involving at least 10,000 users.
Proficiency in Javascript.
Familiarity with WebService integrations using SOAP and REST, as well as XML and JSON formats.
Track record of assignments involving development, customization, and implementation in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
At least one assignment completed within the Swedish public sector or a Swedish government agency in the past decade.
ITIL certification, at minimum version 3.
ServiceNow certification as a System Administrator.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written Swedish.
