**Sommelier - Waiter - full time in Oslo**
Hello Everyone!
We are a small and intimate independent family owned Wine Bar at Aker Brygge, with another venue comming soon - and we are getting more and more busy pouring too much good wine, that we decided to add a couple more members to our team!
We have the goal of creating one of the most dynamic and interesting wine programs in the Nordic Countries, focused on high quality wines from our favorite producers - alongside a selection of cocktails and spirits.
We are looking for a sommelier for our wine bar in Aker Brygge who have experience with wine and spirits, ensuring good service is provided to our guests and working alongside the rest of the staff to ensure operations are up to the set standards at all times.
If you are just starting to learn about service and the world of fermented beverages it can be of interest to hire the person with the right passion and willingness to learn - and we have the possibility to fund a sommelier education for the right candidate.
Preferred Requirements:
- Wine education and experience working with wine and cocktails.
- Three years working experience in a restaurant or upscale bar environment.
- Professional and positive attitude and approach to working.
- A strong willingness and desire to learn and develop, along with the venue and your colleagues.
- An understanding of good service practices, both for the venue, but also to the guest.
- An interest and passion for food and wine
- Work Permit for The EU/Norway.
We have two fulltime SOMMELIER/WAITER positions available.
Position starting Preferably from October 2023, but we are flexible on starting dates.
